Tongariro Family Holiday Park has a great playground area to give the kids a bit of fun.
Ablutions
Toilets are housed separately to our shower blocks. Hot showers are free here at Tongariro Holiday Park - and our guests often say they love the strong pressure of the water, perfect for a long day trekking or on the snow!
Our Womens bathroom also has a hairdryer.
Laundry
Our Laundry has a washing machine and dryer which are both coin operated. Change is available from the office. A washing tub is also in the Laundry, and there is plenty of washing-line space outside.
Drying Room
We have a dedicated drying room for all your snow gear. We do ask that guests refrain from using the drying room for their togs, towels etc.

The communal kitchen has Fridges, Stoves, a microwave and two large Zip water-heaters. The kitchen also has toasters, kettles, pots and pans - and plenty of cutlery, crockery and utensils if you forget your own! You can also cook on our large outdoor BBQ. There are three large tables which eat sit 10-12 people if you would like to dine in the kitchen. Card Phone There is a card phone on site, and calling cards of different values can be purchased from our office. Payment We accept cash or Eftpos, as well as MasterCard and Visa credit cards.
